Delivery and Returns

Upon successful payment, digital files of the purchased products will be made available for download. Due to the nature of digital products, no physical shipment is involved. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect in the product. In such cases, please contact Charlotte & Lime within 14 days of purchase to request a replacement.
